Tasting Notes

Nose        : Sweet, very creamy, a unique sherry mix of a glazed fresh-baked bun and freshly made lightly lacquered furniture, after first sip – caramel custard appear.

Palate     : A sweet, pleasant mix of soft creamy sherry and honey, a little watery, some woody notes.

Finish     : Short-medium, woody, raisins, and plums.
