Tasting Notes
Nose : Elegant nose on a beautiful varnished wood. Chocolate. Dried fruits not very defined because all cooked together in a cauldron. Nice freshness on aeration, ratafia.
Palate : Delicate mouth on a very beautiful noble wood juice, with an oily texture becoming creamy with salivation. Citrus fruits with orange in mind mixed with some stewed dried fruits. Slight bitterness on the finish on some sips.
Finish : Comforting finish, warm, on woody chocolate, some hints of leather. Tobacco and orange peel.
