Nose            : Familiar herbaceous notes mixed with equally familiar dark fruit sweetness. A hint of ginger and rhubarb.

Palate         : rather festive at first, with cinnamon and orange. Hints of fennel and damson begin to take shape on the mid palate

Finish         : Peppermint and black liquorice on the finish
