Tasting Notes

Nose       : Creamy vanilla, creme brulee, candied orange zest, honey and dark fruit. Add some ginger, toffee and leather in the background. Rounded off by a touch of nuts and oak. In the nose a very round, very fine malt.

Palate    : Oily, creamy, sweet. Sherry, dark fruit. Then again honey, beeswax and vanilla with caramel sauce.

Finish    : Long with a slight oak bitterness, chocolate with honey crisp and orange peel.
