Decades of investment in new vineyards across the best wine regions of South Australia afforded the Penfolds winemaking team the opportunity to craft a new bin series wine – the Bin 9 Cabernet Sauvignon. This inaugural release adheres to Penfolds multi-regional philosophy, sourcing fruit from vineyards across South Australia, including Coonawarra, Langhorne Creek, Barossa Valley and a significant portion from McLaren Vale. This is a tightly structured and focused Cabernet expression which can be enjoyed in the full flush of youth or cellared for the short to medium term.
